Custom software and automation for UK businesses — without London agency rates.
UK SMEs are under pressure to do more with the same team. The work that eats their week is usually the same: re-keying data between tools, chasing approvals, building reports by hand. We build the software and automation that removes it — with senior-level thinking, a clear process, and UK business-hours overlap.
Too many tools, none connected
Xero, a CRM, a project tool, spreadsheets and a shared inbox — and someone copying data between all of them.
Agency quotes that don't add up
Local agencies quote figures that don't make sense for a business your size, and offshore freelancers feel like a gamble.
An off-the-shelf tool you've outgrown
It was fine at ten people. At forty, the workarounds take longer than the work.
Built for how UK businesses already work
Most UK SMEs run on a familiar set of tools — Xero, QuickBooks or Sage for accounts, HubSpot or Pipedrive for sales, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for everything else. We connect what you have before suggesting anything new, and build custom only where your process genuinely needs it.
- Workflow automation between your accounting, CRM and operations tools
- Custom internal platforms that replace spreadsheet-run processes
- Client portals for professional services firms
- AI assistants for customer service and document-heavy work
- Dashboards that give owners a live view of the business
Digital records are becoming the norm
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax started in April 2026 for sole traders and landlords with qualifying income above £50,000, falling to £30,000 in April 2027 and £20,000 in April 2028. For limited companies, MTD for VAT already requires digital records. Businesses that still assemble figures by hand from several systems feel this most — connecting those systems is often the simplest fix.
UK GDPR and working with a team outside the UK
Your systems will handle personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We host your data in the UK or EU where appropriate, limit who can access production data, and put the right data processing agreement and transfer safeguards in place before work starts.
Working hours
Pakistan is four hours ahead of the UK in summer and five in winter. Your mornings are our afternoons, giving a solid daily overlap for calls, demos and support. Work continues between calls, so issues raised in your afternoon are often handled by your next morning.
What happens after you get in touch.
- 01
A conversation
You tell us what's slowing the business down. We ask a lot of questions. No pitch deck.
- 02
A written recommendation
Scope, options, timeline and a budget range — including when a simpler or off-the-shelf answer is better.
- 03
Build in small releases
You see working software early and often, and steer it as it takes shape.
- 04
Launch and improve
We launch, measure what changed, and keep improving — or hand over cleanly.

Questions worth answering before you ask them.

We can discuss billing currency during the proposal stage.
Yes. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we put a data processing agreement and appropriate transfer safeguards in place.
Yes. Both have well-documented APIs, and connecting them to your other systems is standard integration work.
