A CRM your team will actually use.
Most CRM projects fail for one simple reason: the team stops using it. The system asks for too much, fits the process badly, and ends up as an expensive address book while the real work happens in WhatsApp and spreadsheets. We build CRMs around how your team really sells and serves customers.
Leads scattered everywhere
Enquiries arrive by WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone and the website — and nobody can see them all in one place.
Nobody updates the CRM
It takes too many clicks, so the sales team keeps notes in their phones and the pipeline report is fiction.
Your process doesn't fit the template
Site visits, approvals, multi-stage quotes or after-sales service don't map onto a generic deals pipeline.
Paying for seats you don't need
Licence costs grow with every hire, while the features you need sit behind a more expensive plan.
Customise, extend or build
We don't assume you need a CRM built from scratch. There are three honest options, and we'll tell you which fits:
- Configure and connect an existing CRM (such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce) properly, with automation and integrations
- Extend an existing CRM with custom modules or a custom front end for the steps it handles badly
- Build a custom CRM when your process is specialised, your data rules are strict, or licence costs no longer make sense
What a good CRM does for you
Every lead lands in one place, from every channel, with the source recorded. It is assigned to the right person automatically. Follow-ups are scheduled without anyone remembering. Managers see a pipeline they can trust, because updating it is easier than not updating it.
We design the screens around each role — sales, operations, management — so each person sees only what they need, in as few clicks as possible.
Connected to the rest of the business
A CRM is more useful when it knows what happens after the sale. We connect it to your accounting, invoicing, inventory, booking or project tools so customer history, payments and service requests sit in one record.
A good fit if…
- You get leads from several channels and lose track of them
- Your sales or service process has steps standard CRMs handle badly
- Your team has stopped using the CRM you already pay for
Probably not a fit if…
- A few salespeople, a simple pipeline, and a standard CRM working fine

Questions worth answering before you ask them.
Not automatically. Those platforms are excellent for many businesses. A custom CRM makes sense when your process is specialised, when you need deep integration with your own systems, or when per-seat costs outweigh the benefit. We'll recommend honestly.
