Software and automation for UAE businesses that have outgrown their tools.

UAE businesses grow fast, and their systems often don't keep up. Leads arrive on WhatsApp, operations run on spreadsheets, and accounting lives in a separate tool — just as e-invoicing is about to require cleaner, connected data. We help businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the Emirates fix that.

Sound Familiar?

WhatsApp is the real CRM

Most customer conversations happen on WhatsApp, on personal phones, with no record in any business system.

E-invoicing is coming

Your invoicing data needs to flow to an Accredited Service Provider — and your current setup wasn't built for that.

Two languages, one system

Customers and staff work in Arabic and English, but your tools only handle one of them well.

E-invoicing changes what your systems must do

The UAE is introducing mandatory e-invoicing for B2B and B2G transactions, built on the Peppol network and delivered through Accredited Service Providers (ASPs). Under the Ministry of Finance's published timeline, businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by the end of October 2026 and go live from 1 January 2027. Businesses below that threshold must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and go live from 1 July 2027.

The ASP handles transmission, but your invoice data still has to come from somewhere — your ERP, accounting tool, or a custom system. If invoices are assembled from spreadsheets or several disconnected tools today, that is the part to fix. We connect your operational systems to your ASP and clean up the data flow behind it. We are not an ASP ourselves.

What we typically build for UAE businesses

  • CRMs that capture WhatsApp, Instagram and website leads in one place
  • AI agents that reply to enquiries in Arabic and English, around the clock
  • Operations platforms for distribution, real estate, clinics and service businesses
  • Integrations between your ERP or accounting software and your e-invoicing provider
  • Customer portals and booking systems with Arabic–English interfaces
  • Dashboards that bring sales, operations and finance numbers together

Data protection, by jurisdiction

Onshore UAE businesses fall under the federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Companies in the DIFC and ADGM free zones have their own data protection regimes, and some sectors — such as health — have additional rules. We confirm which apply to you at the start and choose hosting and data handling to match.

Working together across time zones

Our team works in Pakistan Standard Time, one hour ahead of the UAE, so our working days almost fully overlap with yours. The UAE moved to a Saturday–Sunday weekend in 2022, which matches ours. Calls, demos and support happen in your business hours without anyone working at midnight.

    Build in small releases

You see working software early and often, and steer it as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions worth answering before you ask them.

No. We are a remote-first team based in Pakistan, working with UAE clients through scheduled calls, shared project tools and regular demos. Our working hours overlap almost completely with UAE business hours.

Yes. We build bilingual Arabic–English interfaces with proper right-to-left layouts, and AI agents that handle Arabic, English and mixed-language messages.

We help on the systems side: connecting your ERP, accounting or custom software to your chosen Accredited Service Provider and making sure the invoice data is complete and consistent. Tax and compliance advice should come from your accountant or tax adviser.

We integrate whichever gateway your business uses, including regional providers and buy-now-pay-later services, subject to their API access.
