Software and automation for European SMEs — GDPR-first from day one.

European SMEs face a particular mix: high labour costs that make automation valuable, strict data protection rules, and new e-invoicing and AI regulation arriving on fixed dates. We build software and automation with those rules designed in, not bolted on.

E-invoicing is becoming mandatory

Across the EU, structured e-invoicing is replacing PDF invoices. In Germany, every business has had to be able to receive e-invoices since 1 January 2025; issuing them becomes mandatory from 1 January 2027 for businesses with prior-year turnover above €800,000, and for everyone from 1 January 2028, using formats such as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. France is phasing in its own e-invoicing reform from September 2026.

If your invoices are produced from a custom system, an older ERP or several tools stitched together, we build the integration and data clean-up needed to meet these formats.

GDPR and the EU AI Act

Every system we build for European clients is designed around GDPR: data minimisation, EU hosting where appropriate, role-based access and clear retention rules. Because our team is based in Pakistan, which has no EU adequacy decision, we put Standard Contractual Clauses in place and design systems so our access to personal data is limited to what the work requires.

The EU AI Act's obligations are phasing in between February 2025 and 2027. Most business AI — support assistants, document processing, internal tools — falls into lower-risk categories, but transparency duties still apply. We help you understand where an AI system sits before it is built.

What we build for European businesses

  • Workflow automation that reduces manual administration
  • Custom internal platforms and client portals
  • AI assistants grounded in your own documents and data
  • E-invoicing and ERP integrations
  • Multilingual web applications

Language and working hours

We work in English. If your product needs German, French or Dutch interfaces, we build multilingual from the start and work with your translators. Central European Time is three to four hours behind Pakistan, so most of your working day overlaps with ours.

Working With Us

What happens after you get in touch.

  1. 01

    A conversation

You tell us what's slowing the business down. We ask a lot of questions. No pitch deck.

  2. 02

    A written recommendation

Scope, options, timeline and a budget range — including when a simpler or off-the-shelf answer is better.

  3. 03

    Build in small releases

You see working software early and often, and steer it as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

We launch, measure what changed, and keep improving — or hand over cleanly.
