Arabic-first software for Saudi businesses moving fast.
Saudi businesses are digitising quickly, and the bar is rising — for customer experience, for compliance, and for how much a team can do without adding headcount. We build custom software, automation and AI for companies across the Kingdom, designed in Arabic from the start rather than translated at the end.
Translated, not designed, in Arabic
Your current tools treat Arabic as an afterthought — broken layouts, awkward wording, and staff falling back to English.
E-invoicing integration waves
Your invoicing system must integrate with ZATCA's Fatoora platform, and your current setup makes that hard.
Growth outpacing hiring
Demand is growing faster than you can recruit and train people for repetitive operational work.
ZATCA e-invoicing integration
ZATCA's e-invoicing rollout has two phases: generating compliant electronic invoices, then integrating invoicing systems with the Fatoora platform. Integration is being rolled out to taxpayers in waves based on revenue. ZATCA's 24th wave covered taxpayers with VAT-subject revenue above SAR 375,000 (deadline 30 June 2026), and the 25th wave extends to those with taxable turnover above SAR 187,500, with integration required by 1 February 2027.
If your invoices come from a custom system, an older ERP, or a mix of tools, the integration work sits on the systems side. We build and connect invoicing flows to certified e-invoicing solutions and make sure the data feeding them is complete. For tax interpretation, work with your tax adviser.
Personal data and where it lives
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) has been enforceable since September 2023 and is overseen by SDAIA, with specific rules on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom. That affects where your systems are hosted, which AI services can process customer data, and how access is controlled. We design for those rules from the start — including in-Kingdom hosting where required.
What we build for Saudi companies
- Arabic-first web applications and customer portals with proper right-to-left design
- Operations and field-service platforms for distribution, construction and services
- AI agents that serve customers in Arabic on WhatsApp and the web
- CRMs and sales systems built around how your team actually sells
- Integrations with local payment methods, e-invoicing solutions and government-facing systems where APIs exist
Working hours
Saudi Arabia is two hours behind Pakistan. Your Sunday-to-Thursday working week overlaps with our Monday-to-Friday on four days, and we plan meetings, releases and support coverage around that so you are never waiting on us.
What happens after you get in touch.
- 01
A conversation
You tell us what's slowing the business down. We ask a lot of questions. No pitch deck.
- 02
A written recommendation
Scope, options, timeline and a budget range — including when a simpler or off-the-shelf answer is better.
- 03
Build in small releases
You see working software early and often, and steer it as it takes shape.
- 04
Launch and improve
We launch, measure what changed, and keep improving — or hand over cleanly.

Questions worth answering before you ask them.
We are a remote-first team based in Pakistan and work with Saudi clients remotely. We're open about this from the first call, and we plan our working hours around yours.
Yes. Where PDPL or your sector's rules require data to stay in the Kingdom, we deploy on cloud regions or providers located in Saudi Arabia.
We handle the software side — connecting your systems to a ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing solution and ensuring the invoice data is correct. Compliance decisions should be confirmed with your tax adviser.
Modern language models handle Gulf Arabic well. We test agents on real messages from your customers — including dialect and mixed Arabic–English — before launch.
