Business software for the rest of the Gulf.

Businesses in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman face the same pressures as their neighbours — rising customer expectations, lean teams and tools that don't connect — often with fewer local technology partners to choose from. We work with companies across these four markets remotely, with close working-hour overlap.

One region, four sets of rules

Each market has its own data protection framework. Qatar was the first GCC country with a comprehensive personal data protection law (Law No. 13 of 2016). Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law dates from 2018, and Oman's came into force in 2023. Kuwait regulates data privacy through its communications and IT regulator, CITRA. Some sectors add their own rules on top.

We confirm which rules apply to your business at the start, and choose hosting, access control and AI providers accordingly.

What we build

  • Bilingual Arabic–English web applications and customer portals
  • CRMs that capture WhatsApp and social media leads
  • AI agents for customer enquiries and internal knowledge
  • Workflow automation between sales, operations and accounting
  • Dashboards and reporting across branches and business units

Working hours

Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain are two hours behind Pakistan; Oman is one hour behind. Your Sunday-to-Thursday week overlaps with ours on four days, which we plan around for meetings, launches and support.

Working With Us

What happens after you get in touch.

  1. 01

    A conversation

You tell us what's slowing the business down. We ask a lot of questions. No pitch deck.

  2. 02

    A written recommendation

Scope, options, timeline and a budget range — including when a simpler or off-the-shelf answer is better.

  3. 03

    Build in small releases

You see working software early and often, and steer it as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

We launch, measure what changed, and keep improving — or hand over cleanly.

Starscape is a remote-first team based in Pakistan, working with businesses in the Gulf, the UK, the US and Europe. See our full process.
